Bureau Service is M&C Energy Group's bespoke service for the handling and processing of utility invoices faced by commercial users worldwide.
The entire system is password protected and can be accessed and manipulated from a number of locations in line with user requirements. The system can handle bespoke reports and analytical services as well as dealing with an unlimited number of sites and multi currency conversions with ease. There are a number of utility bill management options. Client needs vary and packages can be adapted to suit individual requirements.

- Accessibility - On-line analysis of specific information on costs and consumption from client utility invoices
- Up to date analysis - The ability to view trends of cost and consumption from one year to the next or the data can be shown on a month-by-month basis
- Flexibility - When looking at monthly data, the 12-month period can be tailored to the client's requirements, e.g. calendar months or the client's financial year
- Breakdown of client information - The system also demonstrates cost and consumption graphs and monthly usage breakdowns, giving clients the facility to monitor highs and lows through the year and identify any irregularities. Meter data from suppliers can also be displayed graphically allowing customers to easily check for peaks and troughs in day-by-day usage
- Availability of information - View PDF versions of invoices
- Comparison analysis - For sites and utilities
- Geographical comparisons - customers can group supplies together so that geographical comparisons can be made. It is also possible to create a benchmark site and then view how each of the other supplies compare against this benchmark. Similar comparisons can be done against best and worst sites
- Future developments - The system is constantly evolving in line with the requirements of our clients and will soon add a facility that allows clients access to their invoices in PDF format. In addition, we are developing the environmental elements of the service to allow clients access to current information on their own facilities and their environmental impact
