M&C Energy Group has designed and developed its own suite of sophisticated and powerful IT systems to enable our analysts to conduct a retrospective analysis and cost auditing exercise. This identifies discrepancies quickly and allows us to pursue refund opportunities without delay.
Desktop analysis
The aim of the study is to establish whether charges are (and have been) levied by the supplier at the appropriate tariff rates and identify any refund/ongoing saving opportunities.
Site Surveys
Where appropriate full on-site surveys are undertaken by our engineers in order to validate any charging discrepancies identified during the course of our desktop audit. In addition, the surveys are also used to determine supply and drainage arrangements, enabling us to evaluate the scope for opportunities in relation to water conservation, recycling, alternative supply and wastewater treatment/disposal.
Reportage & Implementation
The results of our desktop and on-site investigations are detailed in a comprehensive report. This is delivered and explained to the client in person by one of our analysts/engineers, following on from which M&C Energy Group take on full responsibility for the implementation of the financial opportunities identified.
